RFA News: Activist's Appeal Okay'd

There is hopeful movement for a Chinese activist in Hong Kong who has been arrested and found guilty for "willfully damaging property and organizing a mob to disturb traffic." He received 4 years and 3 months. His crime? He blew the whistle on officials who were abusing the people.
Chen, a social activist who blew the whistle on official abuses under China's one-child policy, was sentenced by the Yinan County People's Court on Aug. 24 to four years and three months' imprisonment for "willfully damaging property and organizing a mob to disturb traffic."

Lawyers and relatives called the trial an illegal and retaliatory move by local officials angry at Chen's damning expose of their actions.
There is much mroe to this article. You may read about this case here.

Editor's Note: I hope this case prevails for the people of China and not the government. This one-child per family is not the government's business. They have no right to murder children, especially those children whom are wanted. Keep them in your prayers.
