Kelo's Almost Dead!

Today (June 23, 2006), with the stroke of his pen, President Bush made it impossible for governments to steal private land to give to private owners. He essentially killed the Kelo decision.

While it is restricted to the federal government, no state shall make laws that go outside the scope of the federal government. Let's see if this argument stands up in court.
